"Today was my last day of training... at least for now. I started taking classes at DLT last spring, have done three 5k's, and I have trained for almost three months. I do not know what weight I actually started at because I always cheated the scale (holding onto the counter,etc), but I believe I have approximately lost 25 lbs. I tried on a pair of jeans the other day which were two sizes smaller and they were roomy. This was the size I was in before I had Tyson 11 years ago! I have a long way to go to get to my goal, but the foundation DLT has helped me build is strong. I am now officially addicted to excercise! I will be continuing classes and using the knowledge I have gained to work out on my own.... and for once I know it is possible and that I will succeed. :)"

"The day I came to see u back in late May I was at my heaviest at 175lbs....that's a lot of weight on this 5'5 frame! I was a size 10 borderline 12.
I have now lost 16lbs and back in a size 8! However, I don't think a 6 is that far off! I'm wearing shirts now that use to cut into my arms but now are loose. I'm also wearing shorts again which I vowed NEVER to do in public. I did not measure myself for inches as I was a little too terrified after seeing the number on the scale.
...I never expected to see the results so quickly. I still have about 15-20lbs more that I want to lose but I feel more confident now that I can get there since I've hurdled the first half. Working out now feels like a normal daily routine rather than something I have to find time for which was my excuse before.
