CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Iron Yoga:
Strength and flexibility collide in this full body workout. You'll flow through yoga poses while toning the entire body using light dumbbells. Blast fat, calories and stress in this 55 minute class.
Pi/Yo:
A fusion of both Pilates and Yoga, this class will challenge you to a full body workout with an emphasis on core-focused holds and exercises.
Power Yoga:
This fitness-based, athletic style of Yoga will get your heart-rate going while improving full-body strength & flexibility.
BOSU:
Utilizing the signature fitness tool of DLT-The BOSU Balance Trainer (half-ball)., this class combines cardio, resistance-training, and core training. A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!
Bootcamp:
Moving from exercise station to station, you’ll receive a multi-faceted workout that combines cardio, strength-training, and core training.
Cardio-Pilates
A fusion of Cardio movements and floor Pilates. We’ll get your body moving and core strengthening in ONE great hour!
