DLT Corporate Fitness Presentations
Usually a story like this comes from a Hollywood reality show, but this is straight out of the Heartland. In November 2004, David Lea had a rude awakening in the doctor's office. He didn't need a check-up to know he was more than 100 pounds overweight, but when he heard the news that his blood pressure was off the charts and that he was a borderline Type II diabetic, he knew his future was bleak unless he made a serious change.
Tired of struggling with his weight his entire adult life, David made a commitment to change. After two-and-a-half years, countless ups and downs, losing 120 pounds and dropping 9 pant sizes, David has turned his body into the machine it was designed to be. Now David has devoted his life to helping others do the same.
David founded DLT Training in June 2007 to provide life-changing personal training, group training classes and nutritional training and counsulting. He and his amazing staff of personal trainers and group exercise instructors are passionate about health and wellness. Their goal is to provide the most naturally effective solution to fit your needs, whether it's losing weight, athletic training or simply becoming a healthier person.
His unique perspective on health and wellness, combined with his easy ability to connect to groups of all ages and backgrounds, makes David a master communicator. Using his quick wit and compassion, David immediately engages his audience by connecting to their emotions. David will motivate, challenge, and inspire you!
